Team Settings

Configure your WorkClaw team's name, logo, default Claw behavior, and notification preferences from the Team Settings panel.

Where do I find team settings?

Navigate to Settings > Team from the sidebar. The settings panel is available to Owners and Admins only. Members can view the team name and logo but cannot edit them.

What can I configure?

Team settings cover the organizational details and defaults that apply across your entire team.

At the top of the Team Settings panel you'll see your current team name and logo. Click either to edit. The team name appears in the sidebar, invite emails, and member notifications. The logo displays in the team switcher and in shared Claw conversations. Logos are cropped to a square and should be at least 256x256 pixels for the best quality.

How do I set default Claw configuration?

Under Defaults, you can configure the baseline settings that new Claws inherit when they are created. This includes default identity fields, operating instructions, and personality. Individual Claws can override these defaults — the team defaults simply provide a starting point so every new agent reflects your organization's standards.

How do I manage notification preferences?

The Notifications section controls team-wide notification behavior. You can enable or disable email digests for team activity, set quiet hours during which no notifications are sent, and choose whether new members receive a welcome email with onboarding links.

Individual members can further customize their personal notification preferences from their own account settings, but the team-wide settings act as the baseline.

How do I update the domain allowlist?

If your team uses domain-based invitations, the domain allowlist is managed here. Add or remove email domains to control who can auto-join your team on signup.

Can I reset team settings to defaults?

Yes. At the bottom of the Team Settings panel there is a Reset to Defaults button. This resets Claw defaults and notification preferences to their original values. It does not affect your team name, logo, roster, or billing. The reset requires Owner confirmation.
